Signing up for our Make £5 Grow programme is really easy. It will only take you a few minutes to fill in the online application form.

But before you start please make sure you have the following information to hand as you will need it in order to complete your application:

• Your school's postcode and fax number (if you have one)
• The name of your school's bank account and bank details for the loan to be made payable to
• The number of pupils you want to include in the programme
